1 2/3 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted1 cup sugar2 tsp vanilla extract2 large eggs1/2 cup sour cream1/4 cup + 2 tbsp milk1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries (for frosting)1 1/4 cups butter5 cups powdered sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extractPinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cupcake pan

2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

3. Whisk melted butter, sugar, and vanilla

4. Add eggs and mix well

5. Add sour cream and milk one at a time

6. Add dry ingredients and mix gently

7. Fold in chopped strawberries

8. Fill liners and bake 18-20 minutes

9. Cool completely

10. Make strawberry reduction by cooking puree

11. Beat butter and add powdered sugar

12. Add strawberry reduction, vanilla, and salt

13. Frost cupcakes and decorate
