Whey Protein (Vanilla) – 20 g
Apple Compote (no added sugar) – 40 g
Coconut Oil (melted) – 5 g
Baking Powder – 0.5 tbsp
Vanilla Extract – 0.5 tbsp
Cinnamon – 0.5 tbsp
Instructions
1. Add flour, whey protein, baking powder, and cinnamon to a large mug. Mix well.
2. Add the egg, apple compote, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
3. Microwave for 1:00–1:20 minutes depending on microwave power.
4. Let rest 30 seconds before serving.
Notes
Try strawberry, peanut butter, or chocolate chip variations for new flavors.
Avoid overcooking — the cake should be slightly soft in the center.
Serve warm topped with Greek yogurt, fruit, or nut butter.
