Instructions

1. Add flour, whey protein, baking powder, and cinnamon to a large mug. Mix well.

2. Add the egg, apple compote, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

3. Microwave for 1:00–1:20 minutes depending on microwave power.
